In Mexico, 7 out of 10 people have a lot or some trust in universities, making them the public institution that generates the most trust. At the same level, the armed forces have a large part of the population trusting in their work.
On the other hand, just over half of Mexicans trust the president a lot or somewhat.
The public organizations that generate the lowest level of trust in the population are the police forces, local deputies and senators, and political parties. Less than 25% of Mexicans trust these institutions.
