Agents of the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB) caught two members of the criminal gang founded by Leoberth Jesús Coronado Atencio (El Leoberth) and seized three pixelated uniforms from them, according to military sources.
The procedure took place in El Curarire, La Cañada de Urdaneta, Zulia state, where GNB troops were deployed along with officials from the Bolivarian National Police (PNB).
In that joint patrol, two members of the El Leoberth gang were captured, identified as Romer Antonio Ordóñez Morales (El Cheo) and Donal Wilcot Loaiza Villalobos (El Chancho).
From these subjects they seized a 12 shotgun, two cartridges of the same caliber, three pixelated uniforms and an outboard motor, according to a report from the National Anti-Extortion and Kidnapping Command (Conas) No. 11.
Two weeks ago the Cicpc arrested seven individuals who participated in the murder of three fishermen in Lake Maracaibo. The triple murder occurred last Friday, August 23, on one of the beaches in La Cañada de Urdaneta (Zulia).
Apparently the subjects demanded that the fishermen pay for a vaccine in dollars.

In another procedure, carried out in the Los Mesones sector, Barcelona (Anzoátegui), the military seized two 12-gauge shotguns; two 12 gauge cartridges; twelve cartridges for 7.62×39 mm caliber rifles and a telephone set, according to a report from the Urban Security Detachment (Desur) No. 52.
The material was in the possession of Janeirys María Carías Galán, Luiver Ronaldo Moya Núñez, Anderson Jesús Carías Galán and Rosme Javier Roble Moreno, who were handed over to the Prosecutor’s Office where they opened a file for illegal possession of a firearm.
