Candidates for the Unified Electoral Justice Competition can now check, through individual consultation, the location of the objective tests for all positions that will be applied on December 8th in the capitals of the 26 states of the federation and in the Federal District.
The consultation must be made at website from the Brazilian Center for Research in Evaluation and Selection and Promotion of Events (Cebraspe), the panel responsible for organizing and carrying out the competition. The candidate must click on Follow-up Page, and enter the registered Individual Taxpayer Registration Number (CPF) and password.
The objective tests of the so-called Unified TSE will be carried out in different shifts and are eliminatory and classificatory in nature. The competition for the position of judicial analyst will take place in the morning shift, starting at 8:30 am. The test for judicial technician positions starts at 3:30 pm, Brasília time (DF).
The gates for the judicial analyst exam will open at 7am and for the judicial technician exam at 2pm.
Candidates for the position of judicial analyst will have 4 hours and 30 minutes to complete the exam. Those applying for judicial technician will have 3 hours and 30 minutes to complete their work.
The publication of the final results of the tests is scheduled for June 2025 and the appointment of those approved for July of the same year.
What to take on test day
The event participant must appear at the test site with a black ink ballpoint pen, made of transparent material, proof of registration and original identity document with photo.
Cebraspe warns candidates not to carry any of the objects listed below, under penalty of elimination from the selection process:
· cell phones and other electronic devices;
· sunglasses, ear protectors, pencils, erasers and other stationery items;
· any headgear accessories, such as hat, cap, beanie, etc.;
· any container or packaging that is not made from transparent material, such as water bottles, juice bottles, soft drinks and food packaging.
The contest
In total, the Superior Electoral Court (TSE) and 26 regional electoral courts (TREs) will offer 412 vacancies for careers as judicial analysts and technicians, both at higher education levels, in various specialties.
The monthly remuneration for a judicial analyst is R$13,994.78 and for a judicial technician it is R$8,529.65, except for the position of judicial technician, in the specialty of judicial police agent, which is R$9,773.56.
The working hours will be 20 to 40 hours per week, depending on the position being hired.
In addition to the application of objective tests for all positions of judicial analyst and judicial technician; there will only be a discursive test and evaluation of qualifications for judicial analyst positions; and physical fitness test only for Judicial police officers.
Distribution of positions
According to the notice of the event, the positions of judicial analyst and judicial technician will be distributed among the regional electoral courts (TRE) participating in 26 units of the federation. Only the Tocantins electoral court does not participate in the unified contest, because there is still a valid contest in the unit.
Vacancies to fill permanent positions on the Electoral Court staff, in addition to forming a reserve register, are for various specialties.
In the case of judicial analyst, there are 126 vacancies in areas such as: administrative, accounting, architecture, archival science, librarianship, nursing, civil engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, statistics, medicine (medical clinic), medicine (psychiatry), occupational medicine, dentistry, psychology, social work, information technology. There are also vacancies in the judicial area.
There are 286 vacancies for judicial technician positions, distributed across three specialties: administrative, judicial police agent and systems programming.
According to the TSE, the position with the highest number of vacancies is that of judicial technician – administrative area, which has 208 vacancies.
