The National Experimental Security University (UNES) began the new academic year 2022-2023 with a welcome ceremony in the city of Caracas, where it received all the students that make up the training center of this specialized house of studies.
The rector of the UNES, M/G Fabio Enrique Zavarse Pabón, delivered the appropriate facilities for this new period, according to an institutional press release.
“During the weeks prior to the start of classes, a multidisciplinary team under my direction gave life to the Cayapa Cleaning and Maintenance Plan, with the purpose of transforming the classroom environments for the benefit of the academic development of all of you, for which I ask you to do good use of these spaces that were rehabilitated” said Zavarse.
Next, the Major General exhorted the entire unesista community in general to maintain good practices in all environments in which they operate.
“Let us remember that the Venezuelan State is a guarantor of human rights and the UNES, as the only constitutionally authorized body to train citizen security officials, must guarantee that both its administrative, worker, civil, staff officers and students comply with with all the laws and be people with deep ethics and morals”.
Zavarse noted that his main objective is to revolutionize, repower and reinvigorate UNES as an institution specialized in security, and this can only be achieved through the proper training of its students.
“You, young people, are the fundamental pillar of this Alma materbecause through their constant training they demonstrate their commitment to full compliance with the legal system and with the sovereign development of the Homeland”, he concluded.
