Workers from at least thirty sections that make up the National Union of Mining, Metallurgical, Steel and Similar Workers of the Mexican Republic expressed their unconditional support and solidarity
to the workers of the Fertinal plant, located in Lázaro Cárdenas, who broke out on strike almost a month ago. The members of section 274 of the Mining Union headed by Senator Napoleón Gómez Urrutia have been on strike since August 26 for violations of the collective contract and lack of better safety conditions at the plant; They also demand the clarification of the 2021 tax cover.
