The Eastern Central University (UCE) filed a complaint with the Prosecutor’s Office of the Judicial District of the municipality of Higüey against Philip Castillo-Ariasfor alleged falsification and use of documents to the detriment of the entity of these higher studies.

UCE indicated that it learned of the situation, when the Directorate of the Educational District 12 of Education in Higüey, requested the verification of the degree title from the Universidad Central del Este, turning out to have false data.
“Mr. Felipe Castillo Arias has not belonged to any faculty of the Academy, but rather, the falsified title corresponds to a graduate of the Education career, and was altered by Castillo Arias, for his personal benefit,” he said.
