The Embassy of the United States in Managua announced this morning the two new vacancies it offers for real estate assistant and specialist in coordination of human resources, available for Nicaraguan citizens who wish to apply to work within their offices with a registration limit until December 20th.
To apply for both positions, applicants must make the arrangements on the website of the US embassy, but they warn that “given the current circumstances, our operations are limited and delays can be expected. For those who want to apply as a real estate assistant, they must have full-time availability Monday through Friday, in addition to at least two years of experience working in the real estate profession, either selling, buying, leasing, or preparing houses or apartments for be leased or sold.
For their part, the HR coordination specialist must have time available Monday through Friday and at least three years of progressively responsible experience in a major organization in budgeting, accounting, business administration, financial management, organizational management, public administration, project management or grant management job.
Furthermore, “you must have a general understanding of the functions of embassies and consulates. Thorough knowledge of Nicaraguan geography, infrastructure, government institutions, and business and banking practices is required. Knowledge of customer service in Nicaragua is required. You must have an understanding of communications in Nicaragua and the international information environment that affects Nicaragua, and you must be familiar with digital practices and procedures.”
Whoever applies for this position must be fluent when communicating in English, be it spoken, read or written. This can be proven at the time of the interview.
