According to the audio transcript, to which Correo had access, a conversation is held between Mabel Mendoza García, who in 2019 was the manager of Economic Promotion and Tourism of the Provincial Municipality of Huancayo, and Carlos Pimentel, another member of the alleged criminal network, which is not found and former manager of public services, sought to raise 2,000 thousand soles to give to López.
