The director of the Special Force to Fight Crime (Felcc), Colonel Julio César Cossío, indicated that the two antisocials identified as Rubén Darío Pérez Mamani (20) and Francisco Coro Martínez (29), were charged with the crimes of aggravated robbery and attempted murder.
He explained that the last two assaults they perpetrated in the area of El Bateón, in the Pampa de la Isla, They were registered on Wednesday, May 18, one of them at 3:00 p.m. near the neighborhood of September 26, where Rubén and Francisco, aboard a red Honda motorcycle, they intercepted a passer-by and They stole his cell phone and Bs 1,300. A second robbery occurred in the Bibosi neighborhood, in the International Avenue, where the victim reported that one of the thieves injured her with a knife to the neck when he snatched her cell phone. Cossío indicated that it is not ruled out that the two detainees have committed other criminal acts in the Pampa area of the Island.
