Officials of the Bolivarian National Police arrested two men allegedly involved in the death of a woman by running over.
Preliminary reports indicate that the fatal victim is identified as Agustina González de Osio (79). This event occurred last Sunday morning on Ecuador Street, behind the Hospital Periférico de Catia, Caracas.
The detainees are Rafael Hidalgo (64) and his son Dericson Hidalgo (32), who had fled after the incident. Rafael stopped a tow truck at the aforementioned address, where a vehicle abruptly lowered and slid and hit Agustina, causing her death.
