It was also learned that the event would have occurred this afternoon, when the citizen whose identity is kept in reserve would have been intervened in the district of Chilca by two motorized agents who requested a larger sum for letting him go and exonerating him from the offense committed, However, since they did not have the resources, they told him to “arrange” S/100 so that he would not be detained.
