Two brothers, who in turn are police officers from the Tomás Lander municipality (Ocumare del Tuy), Miranda, were arrested because they allegedly participated in the murder of a man with whom they had previously committed a robbery, the Cicpc reported on its social networks. .
The agents arrested are the brothers Franyerson Alfredo Prato Córdoba (25) and Albertson Yohan Prato Córdoba (19). Along with them, Rubén Alejandro Morillo Alae (21) was also captured.
These people assaulted two houses in La Colonia Tovar (Aragua), from where they stole three cars, American currency in cash, three firearms and various electrical devices, according to the Cicpc report.
But when they returned to Santa Teresa del Tuy, the criminal group had a discussion over the distribution of that loot. The fight led to the murder of one of the members of the criminal organization identified as 31-year-old Luis Jesús Ruíz Graterol, whose body was located on February 4 in the Las Guaguitas sector, via Charallave-Ocumare del Tuy.

Subsequently, the Cicpc captured Franyerson and Rubén, seizing part of what was stolen from them in Colonia Tovar. The detainees were handed over to the Public Ministry.
