Two officials of the Bolivarian National Police (PNB) were arrested after being accused of pointing firearms at a nurse, an event that occurred inside the “Luis Razzetti” Assistance Center, located in El Socorro, Guárico.
The detained uniformed officers are: Jonathan José González and Félix Gabriel Mirabal Pérez.
In this case, the victim is Adriana Carolina Vásquez, who was on duty at the aforementioned health center last Sunday when agent Jonathan González was admitted by emergency, injured due to a road accident.
The police officer pulled out a firearm and grabbed nurse Vásquez by the hair, demanding that they attend to him immediately. At that moment, the policeman observed the subject who had run over him minutes before and also attacked him with the handle of the weapon.
A commission of uniformed officers controlled the situation and the nurse took refuge in another place where Félix Mirabal, also a policeman, went, who pointed a gun at her and threatened her if she reported what had happened. The nurse reported the incident to the Guárico Ombudsman’s Office, which prepared a report.
