Two months before she was killed, Pamela left her husband Oswil Josué Fhillco, 46, because she couldn’t take any more attacks. The 29-year-old got an anticretic and a job, but her executioner could not stand that decision and killed her with great viciousness. Yesterday, the victim was buried and her family cries out for justice.

“Pamela was a young woman full of life, jovial and eager to improve herself,” the victim’s sister, Goldi Rocha, told Página Siete.

On Monday, at 3:00 p.m., Pamela was cruelly murdered by her husband, according to the authorities of the Prosecutor’s Office and the Police. With this crime, Potosí recorded the first femicide of the year.

Goldi said that Pamela married Oswil in December 2015. “They got married civilly,” he said, indicating that that’s why the young woman went to live in her partner’s house.

That building has three floors and on the first floor “Oswill’s ex-partner lived. He and Pamela settled in the second. And his mother-in-law was on the third floor, said the lawyer for the victim’s family, Anahí Karen Iporre Silvestre.

Goldi said that her sister lived with her partner for seven years. “At that time he didn’t leave her alone at all. My sister told me: ‘he harasses me a lot, he doesn’t let me do anything’.

“The two of them were always moving around. She went to the fair and he accompanied her, ”said her sister and assured that that is why Pamela got tired. “He doesn’t even let me breathe, he’s very jealous, he told me,” Goldi said.

According to the sister, at weekend family gatherings, the two would talk about starting a business. “She always thought about how to make money. ‘We opened a pension or a booth’, she told me. Her mentality was always to progress, but I answered her it would be good if we do something, but what is your husband going to leave you with?

Later, according to the relative, he convinced her to sell her car to buy another vehicle and work as a taxi driver. “Together we are going to go”, he told her, but she didn’t want to.

According to the sister, the aggressor was very possessive and thought that “married people should be together (all the time)”. If Pamela didn’t obey, he attacked her. For this reason, the young mother filed two complaints against her husband before the Special Force to Fight Violence (Felcv). But, he always convinced her and came back from her.

“We told her to leave him, to stay with us, but her husband always harassed her and pressured her to come back. He convinced her,” he recounted.

Oswil was a lawyer, but he never practiced his profession, he was also the representative of the Christian Democratic Party and was a faithful believer in God. He “he is a radical Christian”.

Iporre said that in January of this year, Pamela decided to leave her partner to start a new life. She first went to live with her sister, Goldi, but “he wouldn’t let her.” “She came to stand at the door of the house, she stayed to sleep in front, she even lent my bathroom. He wouldn’t leave,” the sister recalled.

Pamela talked with him and supposedly they became friends because since he is the father of her three-year-old son, he had to take care of him.

The jurist said that later the young woman got a job at the Intendancy as a municipal guard and also took a department in anticretico.

According to the family, Oswil did not leave the victim alone, he even chased her to her work and her integral beauty classes.

“Three weeks ago, he started hanging out with Pamela again at her house. On Temptation Sunday we met at a kermés. That’s where he came, picked her up and the three left, “said Goldi, indicating that this was the last time he saw her sister alive.

On Monday morning, Pamela went to work as normal, and Oswil stayed with the child. She left in the afternoon and apparently around 3:00 p.m. she entered the home of her mother-in-law. They argued, they quarreled, and he killed her.”

According to the autopsy report, the young woman died of hypovolemic shock, she bled to death. Iporre indicated that the tests show that Pamela was alive when her aggressor decapitated her.

“In addition, she tried to defend herself because there are marks on her nails, some she does not have,” Iporre explained.

According to the lawyer, the aggressor attacked the victim in the face “because he was so angry with his face that he disfigured it.”

Oswil has been a fugitive since the day of the crime and is wanted by the Police. “We have already enabled all the legal options to find the whereabouts of the alleged perpetrator (…) We have a person apprehended as an accomplice, she (the mother of the accused) is being charged and in more hours her procedural situation will be defined,” he said. the prosecutor of the department of Potosí, Roxana Choque.

Pamela was buried yesterday in the midst of much pain and crying. “I ask for justice, we want this man to be found and given the maximum sentence,” Goldi said.

Family: The child witnessed the crime

The victim’s sister assured that apparently the couple’s son was a witness to the crime. “The boy now asks about his mother and says, has my mother cured her chichiu? Is she going to come?” she said.

The case was known on Tuesday, March 8, on Women’s Day, at 8:00 p.m., the accused’s mother went to the Police to indicate that in the afternoon she had heard a fight between Pamela and her son. She stated that she suspected something happened to her son. She insisted that the police go to the house.

When the police arrived at the scene, they found Pamela’s body. “Already in her statements, the lady incurred contradictions. She first said that she did not know her, then that they were not married, which was not true, ”she explained.

Oswil is now a fugitive and the Police papered the city of Potosí with photos of the accused, also spreading the images on social networks to discover his whereabouts.
