The 10th Court of State Control Táchira sentenced the Klissman Yampier Duke Guerrero and Eleykker Eduardo Pineda Rodríguez to 9 years and 4 months in prison; After they admitted their responsibility in the theft of a motorcycle to a 17 -year -old teenager.
Such event occurred on June 17 in the Quebraditas sector, located in the Córdoba municipality of that entity. According to the Public Ministry, the victim came to the Bolivarian National Police to denounce that minutes before he had been stripped of his motorcycle.
Immediately, motorized units deployed and captured Duke Guerrero and Pineda Rodríguez aboard a motorcycle that met the characteristics described.
Both men were apprehended in flagrance and will fulfill the penalty in the Santa Ana prison, in Táchira.
