Two foreigners who have an arrest warrant in Brazil and who were hiding in Santa Cruz will be expelled from the country

Gustavo Astilla, departmental director of the Felcc of Santa Cruz, identified the foreigners as Marcelo Wanderley Espinoza and José Nilson de Souza, who will be expelled from the country and delivered to the Brazilian Police.
