The national deputies of the Frente de Todos (FdT) María Rosa Martínez and Pablo Carro presented this Friday a new initiative of political trial of the four members of the Supreme Court of Justicein this case, related to the management of the funds of the social work of the Judiciary.
Hours after the initiative presented by the 15 members who signed and formalized the topic incorporated by President Alberto Fernández in the agenda of the extraordinary sessions, the two deputies of union extraction advanced with that text.
“We present a Project requesting impeachment of the members of the Supreme Court of Justice in accordance with Art. 53 of the National Constitution for alleged crimes committed in the administration of the Obra Social del Poder Judicial”, pointed out the Buenos Aires Martínez in her social networks.

For the graphic trade unionist, “Rosatti, Rosenkrantz, Maqueda and Lorenzetti failed to fulfill their functions of control, supervision and appointment of the Obra Social del Poder Judicial” and stated that it is “an administration riddled with irregularities and a serious deterioration of the workers’ health service.”
For Carro y Martínez, “this non-compliance sustained for years had as a direct consequence the existence of a administration riddled with irregularitiesthe deterioration of the health service of quality that the OSPJN must offer” and “the affectation of the right to health of all the magistrates, officials and employees of the Judicial Power of the Nation and the Judicial Power of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, affiliated to it”.
“For this reason, it is essential that through the impeachment mechanism, the National Congress carry out the accusation process against the ministers of the CSJN according to the powers that the National ConstitutionHe assigns you”, they completed in the foundations of the initiative.
This request for impeachment of the members of the Court, is added to the one presented by the pro-government bloc, and to other pre-existing ones that weighed on Rosenkrantz and Lorenzetti, the latter at the request of the Civic Coalition.
