The Secretary General of the FDTA, José Luis Chapa Díaz, announced that this June 27 and 28 they will protest against Addendum 13 of the Majes Siguas II project.
The leader pointed out that, in the meeting on Thursday afternoon, with his peers from Civil construction, Cerro Colorado workers, the social coordinator, Aupa, agreed to participate in this strike at the request of the residents of Caylloma.

Despite the fact that in yesterday’s meeting between the governor Kimmerlee Gutierrez and the leaders of Caylloma agreed to a meeting for June 22 in the Chivay district at 10:00 a.m.with the participation of officials from the PCM, Proinversión, Autodema and the Regional Council of Arequipa.
