Two alleged members of "“Los Mochomitos” are arrested in Sinaloa

Intelligence and investigation work to identify and arrest generators of violence in Sinaloa, elements of the Secretariat of National Defense (Defense), Secretariat of the Navy (Semar), Attorney General’s Office (FGR), and Secretariat of Security and Protection Ciudadana (SSPC), led to the arrest of both subjects, after an attack was recorded by shooting at members who were carrying out security patrols in Culiacán.

A Barret rifle, four long weapons, a grenade launcher, two grenades, 15 magazines, 420 useful cartridges, two tactical vests and 1,000 fentanyl pills were seized from both alleged criminals.

According to the authorities, “Los Mochomitos”, also known as “Linces”, are a criminal organization of the Beltrán Leyva, led by Jesús Alfredo Beltrán Guzmán, alias “El Mochomito”.
