THE TV Brasil will broadcast the best moments of Samba Train this year from 11pm today (25th), Christmas holiday.
On a stage in Central do Brasil, in Rio de Janeiro, samba artist Marquinhos de Oswaldo Cruz welcomes other musicians for a celebration of this musical genre.
The most traditional old guards of Rio de Janeiro’s samba schools participate: Mangueira, Império Serrano, Vila Isabel and Salgueiro.
Among the attractions, Pretinho da Serrinha, Velha Guarda da Portela, Moacyr Luz and Samba do Trabalhador, Terreiro de Crioulo, Dorina, Mauro Diniz, Toninho Gerais, among others.
Today (25th), Christmas Day, at 11am, TV Brasil also presents the musical Pedro and Paulaespecially aimed at children. Recorded at the iconic Teatro Amazonas, in Manaus. The exhibition is the result of a partnership with TV Encontro das Águasmember of the National Public Communication Network (RNCP).
