In 1958, Mazzaropi founded PAM Filmes (Amácio Mazzaropi Productions), in modern studios in Taubaté. At the facility, he directed 23 films. The biggest hits were Jeca Tatu (1959) and tiny house (1963), both accounting for 8 million paying per show.
The late comedian’s last film work was Jeca and the Miraculous Mare1980. The following year, the artist died at the age of 69, a victim of spinal cancer before completing the work Maria Tromba Manlong that remained unfinished.
