To celebrate the 75th anniversary of the famous singer Elba Ramalho, the TV Brasil this weekend airs an exclusive show by the diva on the program Music Scene.
The show Acoustic 45 years of career recalls the artist’s trajectory with a repertoire of hits from the popular songbook and stories from her career, in the early hours of Saturday (21) to Sunday (22), at midnight, still in a carnival atmosphere.
The tribute to the star anticipates the veteran’s birthday on August 17th. The presentation recorded by the public channel at Espaço Cultural BNDES, in Rio de Janeiro, on July 4, 2024 is available on the app TV Brasil Play and can be followed in Broadcaster’s YouTube. Cena Cultural is led by journalist Bia Aparecida.
During the performance on the small screen, the singer and songwriter interprets classics by great national icons. Elba Ramalho exudes charisma and vitality on the production stage to release his voice, play and dance. She sings songs like Oh how I miss sweets, Back to the comfort, Too tasty, Chalk floor and Felt accordionhits that span his career.

The iconic muse is one of the main people responsible for taking northeastern culture to all corners of the country and the world.
With her unique interpretation of Brazilianness, she gives wings to genres such as frevo, xaxado, baião and forró, in addition to MPB. In the special that marks the high spirits of the city’s festivities, TV BrasilElba revives partnerships with composers who are heritages of national music such as Dominguinhos, Gonzagão, Zé Ramalho, Alceu Valença and Jackson do Pandeiro, among other personalities from popular culture.
On the stage of the BNDES Cultural Space for this show shown on TV BrasilElba Ramalho is accompanied by the band formed by musicians Marcos Arcanjo (guitar and guitar), Rafael Meninão (accordion) and Durval Pereira (percussion).

Launched in 2007, the Music Scene is a program of TV Brasil which brings unprecedented performances of national music to the public. Since 2017, the presentations have been recorded at the BNDES Cultural Space, in Rio de Janeiro. The production with a weekly window brings shows that reveal diversity and celebrate the richness of Brazilian sound.
The program is run by Bia Aparecida, singer, journalist and public channel presenter. Directed by Maíra de Assis and Waldecir de Oliveira, Cena Musical brings together shows by stars such as the late Jards Macalé and names like Elba Ramalho, Joyce Moreno, Francis Hime, Olivia Hime, Gilson Peranzzetta, Geraldo Azevedo, Marcos Valle and Zé Katimba, as well as groups such as MPB4, Quarteto do Rio and Arranco de Varsóvia.
