“The work is within the deadline. The deadline for completion of the work is by the end of February 2023. This type of situation can occur, ”replied the vice minister of MOPC Andino Punte, when he was approached.
He said that the factors that led to the postponement are details that are not substantive, but only in form.
Basically, they are signal painting tasks, which, although they are no longer in the background, are very important and require that they be carried out without the movement of vehicles that pass through the place, the vice-minister said.
