TSJ will provide technical support to the General Inspectorate of Courts

The Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ) will provide technical support to the requirements of the General Inspectorate of Courts, an auxiliary body of the Judiciary, to continue with the process of consolidating and strengthening the justice system in the country.

This was announced by the highest court, through a press release, through which it reported that the vice president of the Political-Administrative Chamber and coordinator of the Special Commission for Technology and Digitization of the TSJ Processes, Bárbara César Siero, held a meeting with the general inspector of courts, Gladys Requena, at the headquarters of the TSJ, in Caracas.

The Venezuelan News Agency refers that the meeting highlighted the permanent work carried out by the Judiciary throughout the national territory, in order to guarantee access to justice and due process for Venezuelans.

Likewise, it was possible to learn, in press information from the TSJ, that during the Meeting National of Inspectors and Inspectors, held from July 7 to 10, Judge Edgar Gavidia, first vice president and president of the Social Cassation Chamber of the High Court, participated on behalf of the High Court of the country.

In his speech before the inspectors, Gavidia emphasized that the TSJ works tirelessly to improve the Justice System.

For her part, Gladys Requena affirmed that the General Inspectorate of Courts continues to develop a process of transformation.

“There comes a new eranew times of revival and rectification, which implies accountability, with this we hope to grant peace, tranquility and stability to the Republic”, remarked Requena.

Propose Organic Law of Court Inspectorate

From July 7 to 10, the National Meeting of Inspectors was held in Caracas, in the facilities of the Venezuelan School of Planning, in which the highest authority of the auxiliary body of the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ), Gladys Requenaproposed creating the Organic Law of the General Inspectorate of Courts.

The information was released by the General Court Inspectorate (IGT), through its Twitter account. Requena stressed that with the help and work of each of the coordinations that make up the IGT, the manual for Inspectors will be created.

During the meeting, Requena also highlighted the mission and vision of the auxiliary body to guarantee its optimal functioning in the process of inspecting the conduct of judges, this being the guarantee to generate trust in justice.

129 inspectors deployed

The General Inspectorate of Courts has 129 Inspectors deployed throughout the national territory.

“The end has to be the solution for the defendants and defendants. We are the hope for the complainant, the commitment is to be a guiding object, “said Requena.

Likewise, he called on the inspectors to reaffirm the values ​​of honesty, impartiality, responsibility, social commitment, ethics and loyalty.

“It is a commitment of the Homeland, a commitment embodied in the Constitution of the Republic,” he stressed.
