The Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court of Justice declared the request made by Venezuela before Colombia to send Yenimar Kariolys Rojas from the neighboring country
Linarez, mother of the child abused by four women, according to a viral video. Such decision is contained in judgment No. 413 drafted by magistrate Maikel Moreno. It specifies that Yenimar Kariolys allegedly belongs to the structured organized crime group La Chicho, which is dedicated to recording pornographic videos of child sexual exploitation to publish it on social networks and obtain a profit, according to investigations.
In this criminal dynamic, a recorded material was published on October 13, 2022 in Barqusimeto (Lara) where a 9-year-old boy, son of Yenimar, is observed, who is subjected to four women who practice “acts of degradation to the dignity of the minor (touching his private parts on his body and face)”, describes the sentence.
The investigation by the Public Ministry, partially included in the sentence of the Criminal Chamber, indicates that the child in the video was subjected to acts of torture with the consent of his mother “until he almost achieved his death by suffocation.”
The woman was arrested in Pasto, Nariño, by Colombian police officers. As a result of this information, the prosecutors Renny Raúl Amundarain Durán Rojas and Denny Rocío Escalona Colmenarez, activated the extradition process, which was verified by the Criminal Chamber, whose magistrates gave it the go-ahead.
Now it is up to the Venezuelan Foreign Ministry to manage before Colombia the shipment of Yenimar, who will be prosecuted for cruel treatment, sexual abuse of children, use of adolescents for crimes and distribution of pornographic material, among other crimes.
