Santo Domingo.-The Superior Electoral Tribunal (TSE) postponed until Thursday, February 16 of this year, the request for annulment of the Ordinary National Convention held on November 27, 2022” of the Social Christian Reformist Party.
The decision was adopted by judges Ygnacio Pascual Camacho Hidalgo, president; Juan Alfredo Biaggi Lama, Rosa Pérez de García, Pedro P. Yermenos Forastieri and Fernando Fernández, to give the parties the opportunity to make a reciprocal communication of documents.
The judgment ordered the summons of the non-appearing parties and was summoned for those represented, among the parties that did not attend the hearing are the defendants in forced and voluntary intervention, which must be summoned for the next hearing.

The plaintiff, made up of Daniel Andrés Fernández Correa, Víctor Manuel Ventura Batista, Miguel Danilo Pérez Polanco, Benito Antonio Mercedes Almonte, Crucito Suero Castro, Ángel Raymundo Pujols Roa, Daniel Marte Cabrera, Manuel Antonio del Orbe, Manuel Rivera Arias, Manuel Orbes Hernández, Augusto Michel Ramírez and Yobany Manuel De León Pérez, was the one who asked the Court for the postponement.
While the defendants are: The Electoral Commission made up of members of the Social Christian Reform Party, its president, Deputy Máximo Castro Silverio, Wellington Mejía, secretary; José Raimundo Domínguez, Leonardo Payams, Miguel Hazim Madrigal, Manuel Olivero Rodríguez, Ingrid Yeara, Ramón Feliz Madera and Tácito Perdomo, all members of the PRSC.
In the lawsuit, engineer Federico Antún Batlle (Quique Antún) and the Presidential Directorate of the PRSC appear as defendants in forced intervention. As voluntary participants Fredermido Ferreras Díaz, José Nicacio Díaz Guzmán (Mario Díaz), Carlos Rafael Pérez Frías (Raulín), Rubén Alfredo Carela Valenzuela and Tomis Encarnación Ramírez.
