Trump warns the Cuban Government that it will not receive more oil or money from Venezuela

The president of the United States, Donald Trump, warned Cuba this Sunday that it will no longer receive money or oil from Venezuela, pointing out that the island has been “living for years” thanks to Venezuelan money and crude oil in exchange for “security services” for the “last two dictators (Hugo Chavez and Nicolás Maduro).”

“BUT NOT ANYMORE!” Trump snapped on his Truth Social network, where he stressed that “the majority of those Cubans are DEAD from the latest US attack.” and Venezuela now has the “most powerful” army in the world, that of the United States, to protect itself.

Thus, “THERE WILL BE NO MORE OIL OR MONEY (from Venezuela) FOR CUBA!”: “ZERO! I suggest to them (Cuba) that they reach an agreement before it is too late,” added the Republican, who since the capture of Nicolás Maduro has been predicting that the Cuban Government will fall soon.

After alluding to the fact that Cuba provided “the last two” Venezuelan dictators with “military services” in exchange for the oil and money that has allowed the island to “survive” for many years, Trump welcomed the fact that “the majority” of the Cuban military died after the attack carried out by US forces last week in Venezuela, which ended with the capture of Nicolás Maduro and his wife, Cilia Flores.

After that operation, “Venezuela no longer needs protection” from the Cubans, “the thugs and extortionists who kept them kidnapped for so many years,” added the American president and magnate.

“No one really knows what is going to happen with Cuba”: Trump in meeting with US oil companies

Because Venezuela – he added – now has the United States and its army, “by far” the “most powerful in the world”, to “protect” them.

“And we will protect them,” Trump said.

The ‘Absolute Resolution’ operation on the 3rd, as the United States maneuver to depose Nicolás Maduro at the head of Venezuela was called, caused the death of at least 56 soldiers, 32 of them Cuban, according to the Government of Havana.
