Today, Tuesday, on his Truth social network account, the president of the United States, Donald Trump, has published a clearly modified photograph showing a map in which the flag of that country covers the territories of Venezuela, Canada and Greenland, all targets of his manifest and warlike pretensions since he assumed power in January 2025.
The obviously modified image was taken on a photograph of Trump’s meeting with European leaders on August 18 at the White House. The map shown was of Ukraine.
In another message, Trump publishes an imaginary photo in which, together with his Secretary of State, Marco Rubio, and his Vice President JD Vance, they plant the US flag in the territory of Greenland, simulating the typical images of conquest.
Regarding Greenland, territories of Denmark, Trump maintains a permanent threat to invade it without any justification, which has caused unprecedented tension with its European NATO allies.
