The Cuban Liadagmis Povea took this Friday her best personal record in indoor competitions up to 14.64 meters, and won the triple jump test of the meeting of athletics indoors in the city of Karlsruhe, in Germanythe first with a gold category in the program of the World Indoor Tour 2023.
Povea reached the contest with a personal best of 14.54 meters and achieved the winning mark on his third attempt, but his four valid jumps during the competition were above 14 meters, according to the sequence reflected on the official website of the event.

It will be precisely these two athletes who will be in charge of continuing the Cuban presentations in the current competition season on indoor courts, since they are registered to participate next Saturday in the International Meeting of Catalonia, which will be held in the also Spanish city of Sabadell.
