The Cuban ambassador, Marcos Rodríguez Costa (right), and members of that country’s community in Mexico yesterday paid tribute to Julio Antonio Mella for the 96th anniversary of his murder. They placed a wreath near the corner of Abraham González and Morelos, where Mella was shot dead in 1929.
