This Thursday there was an earthquake of 4.1 degrees on the Richter scale, with an epicenter in the municipality of San José del Palmar, in the department of Chocó.

This was reported by the Colombian Geological Service, which indicated that the telluric movement was strongly felt in the municipalities of San José del Palmar (Chocó) at 9 km, El Cairo (Valle del Cauca) at 23 km, La Celia (Risaralda) at 29 km”.

The earthquake was also felt strongly in some cities of the Coffee Region such as Manizales and Armenia.
