Transporters lift blockade on the highway to Concepción

Around 7:00 p.m. this Wednesday, Concepción transportation determined lift the roadblock, after hearing the outcome of the meeting held in the city of Santa Cruz, delegates from the sector with representatives from the Government.

“We have declared a quarter intermission until Tuesday. There was an important advance; although not as we wanted, but progress at last,” reported Luis Barrero, spokesman for the mobilization.

From the Government they reported that the Tuesday a decision will be made on the routes of the carrier associations, subject that motivated the discontent of the carriers of Concepción and therefore, the blockade.

The organized transport of Concepción requires the cancellation of the operations card that the Government granted to the Transportation Association of Trufis October 12, of San Ignacio de Velasco.

Also demands that said line does not reopen its office in that provincial capitalsince it was closed by the Mayor’s Office last year.
