The Transparency Civil Association He called for a “political agreement” between the Executive Power and the Congress of the Republic to avoid “an outcome that puts at risk” Peruvian democracy.
In a statement posted on Twitter and titled “Time is running out”, the organization pointed out that the deterioration of the policy is expressed in the low levels of approval of the Government and Congress.
“To avoid an outcome that puts our democracy at risk, a political agreement is urgently needed that offers a response to citizens’ priorities, both in legislation and public policies, and that defends our democratic institutions”, he stressed.

According Transparency, this agreement must be executed by a team of “honest people” and with the necessary capacities to materialize what is offered.
“The heads of the Executive and Legislature should lead this effort, with the support of Peruvians who understand politics as a service to the nation. Time is running out”, he sentenced.
It should be noted that on November 25 the Congress of the republic reported on the vacancy motion presented by legislator Patricia Chirinos (Avanza País) against the president Pedro Castillo for permanent moral incapacity.
