In an intense day the House of Representatives approved in the fourth debate the controversial project that will allow politicians to change parties without being disqualified and proposes some changes to the Constitution.

The proposal will modify articles 107, 108 and 162 of its rules so that members of public corporations change their parties and the first of them talks about congressmen.

The first of the modifications speaks of politicians being able to resign from their party only once in four years without having to actually renounce their seat.
