The training meetings will start on October 19 and will take place during the months of October, November and December with eight virtual classes and three face-to-face classes. During the program, the participants will be able to develop their capacities and soft skills of special application to the management of innovation in the public sector, learn and collaborate with officials from other municipalities, promoting social ties that allow future articulations between cities for the development of the Department of Itapúa, among other benefits.
