PUERTO SILVER.- Two women lost their lives in tragic events that occurred separately during the last hours in towns in this Atlantic province.
The first of the women to die is Canadian national Tamatha Cheryl Kliss, 59, who suffered blows to the head and other parts of his body when he fell from a third level in Cabarete, according to journalist Júnior Henríquez.
It was learned that the foreigner, who was temporarily residing in an apartment complex located in that tourist town, was depressed and had the fatal accident during the early hours of Monday when he slipped while walking on the balcony where he was drinking alcoholic beverages.
The judicial and police authorities arrived at the scene, who undertook the pertinent investigations in this regard with the residents of the condominium, who assured that the lady seemed very discouraged.

In another tragic case, a young woman from the municipality of Los Hidalgos (El Mamey) died due to the severe blows she received in a motorcycle accident that occurred early Monday morning in Villa Isabela.
The deceased responded to the name of Mariana Pérez, who lived in the Los Mangos sector of the Marmolejos section of Los Hidalgos, who lost control of the motorcycle he was driving on the Guaconejal-Dieguito highway section.
Said young woman was at a typical party that was held in the Dieguito community cockpit and when she was returning home she lost control of her motorcycle on a curve, colliding with a sign, according to communicator Aneudy Peralta.

Also, on Duarte Street in the Los Hidalgos municipality, a young man identified as Charly Tupete was seriously injured after the motorcycle he was driving slid, for which he had to be taken to a health center in Santiago where he was admitted.
