The president of the public company Corredores Viales, concessionaire of national routes in 13 Argentine provinces, Gonzalo Atanasof, assured that the traffic that circulates along the 6 thousand kilometers of national routes and highways that we manage, grew 26.9% compared to 2021 and 13 .6% compared to 2019 due to the recovery of the economy in key sectors.
“Tourism and cargo transport travel along our routes to the different provinces, and to the ports to export to the world; every day we see more trucks passing through our tolls, a symptom of an economy that is recovering; and during the holidays of summer and winter, there was a strong increase in domestic tourism, which is reflected in a higher demand for hotels and restaurants,” Atanasof said.
