Given this situation, agents of the General Directorate of Traffic and Land Transportation Safety (Digesett) They have been deployed at various strategic points to facilitate traffic flow and relieve congestion.
Recently Milton Morrison, director of the National Institute of Transit and Land Transportation (Intrant), recommended that the population use GPS applications to avoid highly congested intersections.
The official urged people to plan the routes in advance and thus leave the place an hour before and arrive on time.
