During this weekend the mobility in Bogota It was a very complicated issue, as different people reported a high vehicular flow and some accidents on social networks.
The Secretary of Mobility informed, “since June of this year we have increased the controls on the road, we went from 180 points to 360 throughout the city. Nevertheless, drivers and pedestrians need to exercise caution when moving through the streetsand even more, in this rainy season that increases the risk of accidents”.
Similarly, the rain that has occurred in the different areas of the city has put the safety of several drivers at risk, since the low visibility and wet floor generates that you do not have the same control over cars or motorcycles.

This is why, a few moments ago, the unfortunate accident figures this weekend and it was reported that two pedestrians and three motorcyclists died in different accidents that occurred between these two days.
It was determined that some of the roads with the highest accident rate They are Autopista Norte, Avenida Boyacá, NQS, Avenida Ciudad de Cali, Calle 80, Calle 13, Avenida Las Américas, Avenida Primero de Mayo and Suba.
For this reason, the Ministry of Mobility called on citizens so that, “tlet’s have empathy on the road, let’s comply with traffic regulations and let’s be careful to have good mobility and reduce the accident rate. Let’s remember that all deaths on the road are avoidable, so let’s respect the maximum speed limits and drive carefully.”
