The Trade union organizations (Confederations and Federations) They set out a specific request for a Joint Commission of Negotiators This Wednesday, during the installation of the call 2025 state national negotiating table.

What does the list of requests have?
The unique sheet presented to the national table contains 91 requests organized in 12 chapters and includes a chapter dedicated to women and gender approaches.
Negotiation will address the salary increase, that workers ask that it be 5% above the inflation of 2024 for this year and another increase by 2026 that is equivalent to the final inflation data of 2025.

Likewise, it will also be about the conditions of the use of contractors that carry out permanent functions, the guarantee of the right to union association and collective bargaining. Agenda and background
Negotiation will last 20 business days that can be extended for 20 more daysand will begin on April 22 and will run until May 20.
The Minister of Labor also emphasized the latest negotiations with the working centrals, highlighting that of the 234 agreements achieved, about 70% have already been fulfilled, while the rest is in the process of implementation or partial compliance.
