The Bolivarian Government inaugurated the Tourist Routes of Caracas regarding the start of the Caribbean Series “Gran Caracas” 2023, according to statements by the mayoress of the Libertador municipality, Carmen Meléndez, from Paseo Los Próceres.
In the place, Meléndez highlighted: “We are going to start with seven routes together with modern transport units.”
For his part, the People’s Power Minister for Tourism, Alí Padrón, stressed that all the routes are being validated by the portfolio he presides over, in addition, he pointed out that it was officially called the Bolívar-Chávez Route. “Caracas has to be the capital of tourism, not only because it is the place where the greatest man in America, our Liberator Simón Bolívar, was born, but also because these places are being visited by foreign tourists.”
The Tourist Route will receive the visitors of the most important baseball match in Latin America, which will take place from February 2 to 10 of this year, between the Simón Bolívar Monumental Stadium in Caracas and the La Guaira Forum.
The 2023 “Gran Caracas” Caribbean Series will feature the participation of teams from Colombia, Panama, the Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Cuba, Curaçao and the host country, Venezuela.
