Top Employers Institute, from Amsterdam, the Netherlands, has certified Banco Pyme Ecofuturo SA for the 2023 management as a company that has implemented people management practices with global standards aimed at improving the world of work through its work environment.

“We have undergone a very demanding 100% objective evaluation applied by the Top Employers Institute, a leading certifier and global authority that recognizes the excellence of good practices in Human Resources, demonstrating that the Bank has policies, processes and procedures that establish our best Human Resources practices”, declared the General Manager of Ecofuturo, Gustavo García.

For the 2023 term, the Top Employers Institute awarded Banco PYME Ecofuturo SA the red seal of country certification, which recognizes it as the only bank in Bolivia with a certification that supports its Human Resources management at an international level, which increases its attractiveness as an employer, strengthening its employer brand “Gen Ecofuturo” that adds value at all levels.
