What cars can’t circulate today?
According to the official calendar this Wednesday they must suspend their circulation:
-Vehicles with hologram 1 or 2
-Cars with red stickers
-Plates that end in 3 or 4
The restriction applies from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., so if your car meets any of these characteristics, it is best to leave it at home.

Who can circulate?
They will be able to circulate without problems:
-Vehicles with hologram 0 or 00
-Electric or hybrid cars
-Vehicles with hologram 1 or 2 that do not have red stickers or plates ending in 3 or 4
Double Not Circulating Today?
The Double Hoy No Circula will not be activated this Wednesday, since there is no environmental contingency in the Valley of Mexico. The program operates as usual.

The 16 municipalities
State of Mexicoin the following 18 municipalities:

In addition, from July 1, 2025, the program also applies in Toluca and Santiago Tianguistenco, from Monday to Saturday, for vehicles with holograms 1 and 2. In these areas, fines will begin to be collected from January 1, 2026.
Fines for non-compliance
Driving on a restricted day can cost you between 20 and 30 UMA, equivalent to 2,262 and 3,394 pesos, depending on the authority that lifts the violation.
