What cars can’t circulate this Tuesday?
According to the official calendar vehicles that meet any of these conditions will not be able to travel:
-7 or 8 plate termination.
-Pink gummed.
-Hologram 1 or 2.

The following are exempt from the measure:
-Vehicles with hologram 0 or 00.
-Electric and hybrid cars.
-Units with hologram 1 or 2 that do not have pink gum or end in 7 or 8.
Does it apply double Today It Doesn’t Circulate?
This Tuesday the Double Today No Circula does not apply, which is only activated during environmental contingencies. The current restriction corresponds to the usual schedule of the program.
Where does the measure apply?
The measure is mandatory in all mayors of Mexico City and in the following municipalities of the State of Mexico:
-Atizapán de Zaragoza
-Coacalco
-Cuautitlán
-Cuautitlán Izcalli
-Chalco
-Chimalhuacan
-Chicoloapan
-Ecatepec
-Huixquilucan
-Ixtapaluca
-La Paz
-Naucalpan
-Nezahualcóyotl
-Nicolas Romero
-Tecámac
-Tlalnepantla
-Tultitlán
-Chalco Valley
From July 1, 2025, the measure also applies in Toluca and Santiago Tianguistenco from Monday to Saturday for cars with holograms 1 and 2, although the fines will begin to apply from January 1, 2026.
Fines for non-compliance
Driving during restricted hours can cost between 20 and 30 Measurement and Update Units (UMA), equivalent to 2,262 to 3,394 pesos, depending on the authority that imposes the sanction.
