What cars do not circulate?
The official calendar establishes that pink gummed cars may not circulate, with plaque termination 7 or 8, and hologram 1 and 2, between 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
Exempt cars
- Motorcycles
- Public transport.
- Load transport.
- Vehicles driven by health workers (with authorized card).
Where does it apply?
In the 16 mayors of Mexico City and the following 18 municipalities in the State of Mexico:
Atizapán de Zaragoza, Coacalco de Berriozábal, Cuautitlán, Cuautitlán Izcalli, Chalco, Chicoloapan, Chimalhuacán, Ecatepec de Morelos, Huixquilucan, Ixtapaluca, La Paz, Naucalpan de Juárez, Nezahualcóyotl, Nicolás Romero, Tecámac, Tecámac, Tecámac, Tlamac BAZ, Tultitlán and Valle de Chalco Solidaridad.
What happens if I don’t comply with the program?
Not respecting today does not circulate a fine that goes from 20 to 30 umas (update measurement unit). This year, the UMA has a cost of 113.14 pesos, so the penalty could go from 2,262,80 and 3,394.20 pesos.
