The CDMX atomospheric monitoring system estimates that Friday will have unfavorable weather conditions for ozone dispersion and other precursors, so the air quality will be bad.
As a recommendation to these conditions, sensitive groups should avoid performing outdoor activities and go to the doctor if they have respiratory or cardiac symptoms.
For the rest of the population, it is advisable to avoid moderate or risky physical activities outdoors.
What cars do not circulate?
Although there is bad atmospheric condition, the normal calendar of today does not circulate is maintained. In such a way that these are vehicles cannot circulate in Mexico City and in the State of Mexico:
- Hologram 1 and 2: With plate 9 and 0 (Blue gum).
- Foreign: with plate termination 9 and 0 (blue gum).
Exceptions
- Vehicles with hologram 0 and 00.
- Electric and hybrid vehicles.
- Vehicles with public transport plates, taxis, and motorcycles.
- Emergency and services vehicles.

In the 16 mayors of Mexico City and the following 18 municipalities in the State of Mexico:
Atizapán de Zaragoza, Coacalco de Berriozábal, Cuautitlán, Cuautitlán Izcalli, Chalco, Chicoloapan, Chimalhuacán, Ecatepec de Morelos, Huixquilucan, Ixtapaluca, La Paz, Naucalpan de Juárez, Nezahualcóyotl, Nicolás Romero, Tecámac, Tecámac, Tecámac, Tlamac BAZ, Tultitlán and Valle de Chalco.

The fine for not respecting the program today does not circulate between 20 and 30 UMAS (unit of update measure), that is, the penalty could go from 2,262.80 and 3,394.20 pesos.
