The Canelones Justice sentenced a 38-year-old man who committed murder against his uncle.
The crime occurred last Monday, when the 9-1-1 Emergency Service alerted the Canelones Police Headquarters about an incident that occurred on Simón Bolívar street, almost Luis Morquio, in the Colonia Nicolich area.
PADO group personnel went to the site and upon arrival found a man who was struggling with a woman, who turned out to be his mother.
According to the woman’s testimony, her son tried to commit suicide by hanging himself after committing a murder. The police subdued and subdued the subject before arresting him.
Later, the agents entered the house and there they found the body of a man, who had abundant bleeding in the head. The deceased was 48 years old.
The agents transferred the murderer, possessor of three criminal records for theft, robbery and personal injury, to Justice.
