A promiscuous municipal judge from Aguazul, Casanare, legalized the capture of Wilfran Díaz Sierra, and issued an insurance measure with internment in a prison center, for the crime of qualified theft.
The authorities indicated that a person notified the Police that he had been intimidated by the alleged thief.
The uniformed officers quickly deployed a device to find the whereabouts of the man, who is known by the alias ‘El enano’, and found him near the place where the theft was reported. ANDhe man had in his possession a 43-inch television, which he had stolen minutes before.

The Attorney General’s Office charged him with the crime of qualified theft., and requested the measure to send him to jail. Wilfran Díaz Sierra did not accept the charges against him and the technical defense opposed this request, however, the judge considered the claims of the accusing entity to be appropriate.
