The sale of alcoholic beverages in establishments and itinerant shops will be prohibited.
“Such as wineries, grocery stores, supermarkets with a license for the sale of wines and spirits, self-service stores, department stores and in any other similar commercial establishment in which alcoholic beverages of any strength are sold, including home delivery or take-out. , in which alcoholic beverages are marketed or given away,” detailed the Tláhuac government in the Official Gazette of Mexico City.
“As well as cantinas, pulquerías, bars, breweries, clubs, cabarets, nightclubs, discotheques, dance halls and any other similar, or those that are temporarily installed on the public road for the occasion of that festivity,” the text added.
Establishments where the free sale and sale of alcoholic beverages are allowed inside fairs, pilgrimages, kermeses, popular celebrations and other places where similar events are held will be suspended.
