The Ministry of Culture reported that the virtual platform tubeleto.cultura.pe, used for the sale of tickets to the Inka City of Machu Picchu, operates normally after overcoming technical problems caused by high demand.
This morning, following the established schedule, ticket sales began for visits scheduled between January 6 and 31, 2025. The high influx of users generated interruptions that were quickly resolved. According to the official report, from 00:00 a.m. to 2:10 p.m., 9,315 tickets were sold.
Reservations for the period from January 7 to 31 will be valid until 11:58 pm on January 6, while those corresponding to January 6 will remain valid until 11:58 pm on January 5.
The Ministry of Culture highlighted that the platform is hosted in the PCM’s technological environments to guarantee its security and continuity. He also apologized for the technical inconveniences presented.
